Quality Policy

We are a quality cautious firm. Hence all our endeavors are directed to manufacturing products as per the national and international quality standards. We have excellent welding facilities to design products in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, CuproNickel, and Brass. TIG / MIG facilities are there to provide products with 100% Radiographic quality. With CNC drilling machine & VMC, we assure brilliant tube sheet drilling work. We have collaborated with reputed laboratories to conduct  physical & chemical testing of materials, radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, helium leakage testing, and heat treatment. Our gamut of products is made according to ASME, TEMA and Defense Standards. Our  ISO 9001:2008 quality certification is the proof of our commitment towards quality.

Infrastructure

We are supported by two state of the art production units that are loaded with high technology machines and equipment. Our manufacturing units are equipped with modern Rolling / Welding / Machining and Handling facilities. Our first manufacturing unit is located in Kolhapur Industrial area over 3500 sq. ft. with free area of 4000 sq. ft. The second manufacturing unit was established in year 2008 in Karad Industrial area. It is spread over 10000 sq. ft. area having free area of 12000 sq. ft. Both the production units are nestled  near National Highway No. 4 that provides us with high benefits in transition of products to Pune, Mumbai & other cities.
